Precautions when starting and driving electric forklifts:

1. Before driving an electric forklift, the driver should first check and clean the site and passage to make it compatible with the operation of the electric forklift.

2. When starting an electric forklift, turn off the emergency switch first, open the electric lock, turn the direction switch position, sound, slowly and gradually speed up the start, the starting current is too large, and fast start is prohibited to avoid burning the motor.

3. When the electric forklift is driving, the speed should be gradually increased, and long-term low-speed driving is prohibited.

4. It is strictly forbidden to turn the direction switch while driving. The direction switch can only be turned after the car stops. The direction switch can only be reversed by turning the direction switch. Avoid sudden braking as much as possible. In an emergency, quickly put down the switch, step on the brake pedal, and stop immediately.

5. When the electric forklift starts and rotates, and when rotating, downhill, on uneven roads or narrow passages, honk, slow down, and pay attention to safety.

6. When the electric forklift is driving on the road, please drive on the right. The forklift of the electric forklift should be located at about 100mm ~ 200mm, and the gantry should be located on the back. The front and rear distance when two cars are driving in the same direction should be greater than 2 meters.

7. Under normal circumstances, the walking motor and oil pump motor of the electric forklift cannot work at the same time, thereby extending the battery life.

8. When the working voltage of the electric forklift is lower than the low voltage of the vehicle, stop working and charge in time.

9. If an abnormality is found during the driving of the electric forklift, stop and check immediately to solve the problem in time. Fault driving is strictly prohibited.
